How do you ensure the fish is fresh?
We source our seafood directly from local day-boats. Once the catch is landed, it is vacuum-packed and chilled immediately to ensure it reaches your kitchen in peak condition.
Where do you deliver and what are the costs?
We offer nationwide next-day delivery Tuesday through Saturday. Shipping is free on all orders over £60, while smaller orders incur a flat delivery fee of £6.95.
Can I freeze the fish I receive?
Yes, all of our fresh fish is suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing it on the day of delivery and consuming it within three months for the best quality.
What happens if I am not home for my delivery?
Our insulated packaging is designed to keep your fish at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. You can specify a 'safe place' during checkout where the courier can leave your box.
Is your seafood sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We only work with small-scale fishers who use low-impact methods, and we provide full traceability for every species we sell, including the name of the boat that caught it.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is any issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
